PurityLite CCE is a Canadian-led professional education and development platform founded by Shadi Afra, an international hospitality executive and educator with approximately 30 years of professional experience across North America, the Middle East, and the Caribbean.

PurityLite was established to help strengthen the connection between education, professional development, and real-world workplace expectations. We develop practical, instructor-led learning programs focused on workforce readiness, professional communication, leadership and supervisory development, hospitality and service performance, applied business skills, and English for Specific Purposes (ESP).

Our approach brings together international industry experience, Canadian academic expertise, and practical learning designed around the needs of learners, educational institutions, employers, and organizations. Rather than relying on standardized, one-size-fits-all programs, PurityLite develops learning solutions around specific professional, institutional, and workforce needs.

PurityLite is founder-led and supported, when required, by a network of experienced academic and industry professionals who can contribute specialized expertise to program development and delivery. This allows us to remain focused and flexible while bringing the appropriate expertise to each engagement.

As PurityLite expands its work across the Middle East, our focus is on building meaningful collaborations with educational institutions, employers, and organizations seeking to strengthen professional capability and workforce performance.
